Stayed here twice now and both times have been pleasant experiences. the cozy rooms are the perfect place to relax. Bed mattresses are comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. the breakfast is a highlight, with an extensive range of yummy, fresh produce on offer, including eggs cooked to order. the beautiful period features of the rooms add to the charm.

The Wi-Fi can slow at peak times, but it’s free and otherwise sufficient.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the cozy rooms with charming period features, particularly the exposed old bricks. the continental breakfast buffet was extensive and included various fresh local sausages, cheese, jams, bread, along with salads, yogurt. Lastly, I was grateful for the prime location of the hotel, which made exploring the nearby attractions very accessible.

My experience was dampened by a slow Wi-Fi connection that was quite frustrating, particularly since it was provided as a free service. the curtains in the room were not enough to block out the morning light, making it difficult to sleep and leading to a lack of rest.
